Serves 8 - 10

10 eggs, beaten
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 slices diced, uncooked bacon
1/4 lb. shredded cheese

Combine and pour into greased 8 x 10 casserole dish. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
