Cut off top and clean out seeds and membrane of medium pumpkin. Parboil 30 minutes in large kettle.

Brown:
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Add:
2 cleaned and chopped zuccini
6 cleaned and chopped celery stalks

Stuff pumpkin lightly and rub outside with oil. Replace top. Bake @ 350 for 35-45 minutes.
