Pumpkin Casserole |
Cut off top and clean out seeds and membrane of medium pumpkin. Parboil 30 minutes in large kettle.
Brown:
Add: Stuff pumpkin lightly and rub outside with oil. Replace top. Bake @ 350 for 35-45 minutes.
