Baked Eggs Florentine |
Ingredients: Preheat oven to 400. Microwave spinach on high 5-6 min. Grease 4 baking dishes, place a piece of ham in each. Divide spinach in each dish making an indentation. Sprinkle water chestnuts and carefully break egg in each dish. Season with nutmeg, salt & pepper, sprinkle cheese, bake until egg is baked.
