Quiches
Sausage and Pepper Quiche |
In glass 9" square baking dish spray with Pam or other quality cooking spray. Layer 1/2 inch shredded mozzarella cheese. I only use Kraft. Add 1/2 pound ground cooked sausage (Jimmy Dean is our favorite) that has been browned and cooled. Optional: Chopped onions and red and green peppers may be added at this time if you wish. Pour over all - a mixture of six eggs beaten with 1/2 pint whipping cream. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Garnish with parsley and candied apple rings on the side. Serve immediately. Makes four generous servings.
