Spinach Casserole |
3 pkgs frozen chopped spinach: thawed and squeezed dry Mix together spinach, cream cheese, sour cream and soup; sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into casserole or baking disk. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Specially good served with scrambled eggs.
