Combine:
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix (red box)
4 eggs
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup oil
BLEND: 4 minutes
GREASE: 11”x15”x1” pan (jelly roll pan)
BAKE: 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool at least 20 minutes.
CRUMB TOPPING:
COMBINE:
4 cups flour(unsifted)
2/3 cups dark brown sugar (packed)
2/3 cups granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
BLEND: With a wisk
ADD:
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 sticks melted margarine
1 stick butter
Cool the margarine and the butter for a short while.
Mix all together and put on top of cake.
Return to the oven another 20 minutes.
When cool enough, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
Delicious for breakfast or snack. Makes a lot. Keeps well.
