Cream:
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs

Add:
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 pint sour cream
1 tsp. Vanilla

Cinnanmon Mixture:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Mix together and put aside for later

Spread half batter in a greased 13"x9"x2" pan
Sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture and half the chco. chips (large bag) on top.
Add the rest of the batter, then the rest of the mxture and the choc. chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
