Ingredients:
1 Cup sugar
1 stick soft butter
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1 tbl dark rum

Beat sugar, butter and eggs until smooth. Blend in vinegar and rum. Stir in nuts, coconut and raisons. Place in chilled pie crust and bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees..
