Mexican Eggs OLÉ

Ingredients:
8 beaten eggs
1 Stick of butter
3-4 drops Tabasco
1 cup Bisquick
2 cups of shredded chedder cheeese
16 oz cottage cheese
1 cup milk
11 oz can Mexican corn, drained

Beat all ingredients in large bowl and pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake in 350° preheated oven for 50 minutes or until light brown. Cut into 12 squared and top with sour cream and salsa.
