Ingredients:
20 oz can sweetened pineapple chunks
2 pears, cut into chunks
2 apples cut into chunks
2 peaches cut into chunks (frozen peach slices may be substituted)
2 tablespoons orange juice, undiluted
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint

Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Combine fruit and set aside. Combine reserved pineapple juice, orange juice concentrated, honey and mint, pour over fruit and toss gently. Cover and chill.
Serves 10-12
