Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake |
Cake:
2 cups all purpose flour Streusel Topping:
1/2 cup sugar Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking oil. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk, sour cream and margarine. Beat well. Fold in blueberries. Spread batter into prepared pan. In a small bowl, combine sugar and flour and cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in crushed granola. Sprinkle over batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
