Ingredients:
4 Apples (I use Granny Smith & Delicious)
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Peel and core apples and cut into slices. In a skillet heat butter over moderately high heat and sauté apples, turning them, until golden and tender. Stir in maple syrup, water, lemon juice, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and cook, stirring, until the apples are glazed.
