Pat's Pancakes N' Peach Sauce |
1 1/4 cups SIFTED FLOUR
1 cup MILK SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SUGAR AND SALT. COMBINE EGG, MILK AND OIL. ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS, STIR. BAKE ON HOT GRIDDLE. MAKES 8 4-INCH PANCAKES. TOP WITH PAT'S PEACH SAUCE
1/3 cup SUGAR MIX SUGAR W/CORNSTARCH. BLEND IN 1/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE. HEAT 1 1/4 CUPS ORANGE JUICE TO NEAR BOILING. ADD TO CORNSTARCH MIXTURE. STIR UNTIL THICKENED. ADD LEMON JUICE. ADD PEACHES AND SIMMER 5 MINUTES.
