The Manchester House was renovated 15 years ago because of its great location - three blocks from the Aquarium and Discovery Center, and four blocks from the Seneca Niagara Casino, the Aerospace Museum, and the Conference Center. A 15 minute walk takes you to the Falls of Niagara, or walk 5 minutes to a free shuttle bus to the Falls. Despite this proximity to all the action, we are away from the crowds. In 2004, Manchester House was named one of the top 100 Bed and Breakfasts in the USA, and was honored as a Small Business of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce. Renovation of Manchester House prior to our 1991 opening was acclaimed by a Niagara Beautification Commission Award. While we are gratified to receive awards, our most important recognition comes each time a satisfied guest departs. Our small size – three guest bedrooms – assures you personal attention to your needs. Each guest room has a private bath. Two guest rooms have queen size beds while one has a queen size bed and a single bed. Our guest rooms include such amenities as hair dryers, ironer and ironing boards. The guest sitting room is a comfortable spot for relaxing after a day of sight-seeing. There is a TV, a fireplace for those cool winter evenings, a sound system, as well as books and board games. |
Room rates range from $80 to $120 per day, depending on the room and the time of year. Exact rates are shown on our web site. A generous, full breakfast – not just a wimpy continental breakfast – is included in this price.
