The restaurant, open Friday & Saturday nights 4:30 until 11:00, offers gourmet dining with 5-star menu and service. The ever popular Champagne Sunday Brunch is open from 11:00 am until 2:30 pm.

This Pre-Civil War mansion was built in 1848, predating Jefferson Davis's home, Beauvoir. The National Trust for Historic Places deemed this home the most significant Antebellum Home on the Western Gulf Coast. The home is nationally and internationally known as The Blue Rose, one of the most highly visited historic properties on the Gulf Coast.
