| Nestled in the heart of the “Bluegrass Region” of Kentucky sits the stately 1891 Queen Anne home built for a once prominent surgeon, Dr. F.F. Bryan. Bryan House Bed & Breakfast is located in the National Historic District of Georgetown and has been meticulously restored to its rightful place as “The Jewel of Georgetown”. The Inn is located within two blocks of downtown and minutes from thoroughbred horse farms. A variety of activities are available for our guests' enjoyment. |

| Our exquisitely decorated guest suites at Bryan House Bed & Breakfast give you a choice to fulfill your specific tastes. Two of our suites offer whirlpools, and all of our suites feature private baths, cable TV, CD player, ceiling fans, fireplace mantles, queen size beds, and antique furnishings. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the conversation in the grand hall, formal parlor, or formal dining room where our award–winning full gourmet breakfast is served daily at 8:30 am. Afternoon sweets and beverages are included in our rates. | |

Tasteful Melody is a large suite featuring a Victorian wallpaper of cheerful birds and flora, Renaissance Revival walnut queen size bed, settee, fireplace mantle, and a spacious private bath with a large whirlpool tub and separate shower. It offers a time to relax and fine-tune your spirit. |

Dare to Dream? Well, go ahead!! This large suite surrounds you with colorful hydrangeas while you rest in the antique Eastlake queen size bed. The room has a fireplace mantle, antique period settee, and separate bath with shower. Dreams do come true in Daydream's Chance. |

Located just north of the crossroads of I-75 and I-64, Georgetown and Scott County are ideally located 10 miles north of Lexington, the Horse Capital of the World. The world-famous Kentucky Horse Park is just five miles from Georgetown. Georgetown was founded in 1790 by the Baptist minister Elijah Craig. Today, Georgetown is a blend of old and new. Noted for its profusion of historic houses and perhaps the finest antique shopping in the state, it is also one of Kentucky's fastest growing communities. Each August, Georgetown is also host to the Cincinnati Bengals' training camp.
