Accommodations in our guest apartment home include a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with comfortable twin beds, private bathroom, tv, telephone. A queen bedroom with an additional bathroom en suite adjoins the twin room. Apartment 504 includes a large dining room, gracious living room, eat-in kitchen,stocked with breakfast foods, laundry room and entry hall. The apartment building has an elevator and electric keypad entrance. The first floor of the building includes a barber shop, Asian restaurant and deli/cafe'. Athletic Club facilities at the YMCA are two blocks away. An ideal setup for short-term or long-term stays.

Your hosts are a recently retired professor of art (Please visit Professor Joseph Fitzpatrick's online art gallery at his painting website: artscape.net) and a marketing consultant. The walls of Apartment 504 are filled with paintings and drawings by host Joseph Fitzpatrick and other artists. There are also some gems from the Fitzpatricks' collection of folk art.

Louisville's outstanding hospital complex is only a few blocks away. The Toonerville Trolley (25 cents per ride), serving downtown Louisville, stops just across the street. It circulates to the Ohio River, passing the Galleria and downtown shops. Bus stops for major lines are on Third and Broadway. Buses to Churchill Downs are at Fourth and Broadway.
