Reservations & Polices...

• You can guarantee your room with any major credit card, cash or check.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation any time without a problem up until 48 hours prior to 4 p.m. on the date of your arrival. If you must cancel after 4 p.m. two days before, we will be forced to charge you for the stay. BUT, we will make every effort to re-book your room. If we are successful, we will issue you a gift certificate for a return stay. Please understand that this is a very liberal policy by any lodging standards, and because we have so few rooms, we cannot afford to turn people away from a room you have guaranteed, and then find out too late that you aren't going to make it.
• Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Sometimes, early check-in and late checkout can be accommodated, but only if it is arranged in advance.
• For the health and convenience of all of our guests, smoking is only allowed outside the house, and pets are not permitted.
• Because of the fragile environment, antiques, and breakables, children under 14 are not allowed. Teenagers must be closely supervised.
