The Brickyard Barn Inn: The choice of thousands. In operation since 1993, this inn is not only unique, but magnificent and elegant as well. Built in 1927 and operated as a full fledged dairy barn for the first 27 years of life, the Brickyard Barn Inn has retained the look and charm of the barn that it is. It was transformed into a home in 1976, then into a three room B&B six years ago.

• Each room is tastefully decorated with English antiques and provided with a private bath and queen bed.

• All of our guests enjoy sitting by the pool and watching the sun set over green fields.
  
• Each morning our guests are treated to a full gourmet breakfast, usually including Scott's Swiss Cheese Quiche and a fresh fruit salad with berry sauce.
  

Though situated on the northern boundary of Topeka, our inn is secluded from the city by trees, property and a river. All that Topeka has to offer is surprisingly close. Historic sites from the Civil War are only 30 minutes away, and the cities of Lawrence (home of Kansas University) and Manhattan (home of Kansas State) are less than an hour away.
