Veteran teachers of innsitting and innkeeping Lynn and Del bring to all workshops great background and experience. Innkeepers for an eleven room bed and breakfast, across the country innsitting experience and owners of their very own Meadows B&B (just recently sold) they have covered the inns and the outs of the business. Both Lynn and Del have spoken at many national and state conferences, and in addition Lynn has authored two how-to manuals, one for the innsitter and with the help of a Colorado innkeeper they co-authored a policy and procedure manual for innkeepers. We all have dreams and we all make goals. Well, we put together the steps to attain your dream with as few mistakes as possible. We talk location like everyone does but also what truly can make the difference, and we add planning the most efficient kitchen, we've worked in so many. We hope to help you understand the importance of policies and procedures to the downfall of 'making exceptions to the rules.' |
