Innkeeper couple needed to manage a ten-room inn and two rental cottages in Northern Michigan

Great opportunity for the right couple! Our company is looking for a two-person team to live on site and manage a ten-room inn and two rental cottages in Northern Michigan (Petoskey/Traverse City area). We are looking for someone with experience in reservation sales, management, maintenance, marketing, cleaning, and can effectively multitask. Our ideal candidates are personable, enjoy entertaining people & socializing. We recently wrapped up our eighth year in business and are still going strong! We have a seasonal business; busy in June, July and August (boating, golfing, etc) and busy winter weekends (skiing). For the most part our weekends are full year-round with the exception of November and April. We cater to an upper clientele (room rates are from $85-175 per night) and offer European breakfast and wine and cheese receptions on the weekends.
