Experienced Innkeeper seeks opportunity to lease and manage a successful inn with an option to purchase.
I am an experienced hospitality professional actively seeking a lease/option opportunity to operate a Bed&Breakfast, Inn or resort property on the East Coast. I offer a successful history of inn/hotel management with a strong background in real estate and finance. My management experience includes responsibility for overall inn operations including; reservations, reception, food and beverage, sales, event marketing, building maintenance and financial performance. The right situation will provide experienced management and revenue growth for you as owner; and a property acquisition opportunity for me as the lessee/manager.
