I'm seeking an experienced operator to re-start a B & B operation that been closed since Jan'05. This Inn is located in Bisbee, AZ and in an excellent location that has always performed well. I am the new owner of this commercial building that has 4100 square feet upstairs (4 baths and as many as 8 rooms including owner's quarters) and 4100 square feet of retail space located downstairs. My preference would be to offer you a long term lease opportunity to create your own business or I'm open to a partnership, with an option for you to purchase.

Candidate must be an experienced self starter, hard-working, creative, out-going, community focused and possess a passion to be the best in the B&B business! The Inn needs some work and I need someone who is willing to invest money, sweat and time to get this operation re-opened by September in time for the high season.

Bisbee is a wonderful town (mile high city) with historic status on the National Register of Historic Cities and Towns. The Inn has lots of potential and can be re-configured for more upper-end suites with private baths, add a kitchen, etc., there are many possibilities.
