
JOB DESCRIPTION
Rare opportunity for an experienced Innkeeper to operate this successful, 25-room, full service inn and exclusive property management company. We are seeking a hospitality professional with strong leadership, communication and financial skills as well as proven expertise in the areas of guest and employee relations. This position is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of guest services, front desk, kitchen, housekeeping and laundry for the inn, limited-fare restaurant and property management company.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
College degree preferred. Three years boutique hotel or inn management experience required. Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills with ability to direct diverse staff. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have exceptional planning and organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task. Reports directly to the owner and will be expected to operate with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment where occupancy rate exceeds 80% and guest interaction/expectations are high.
