My background includes extensive experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry with prior management positions ranging from being Property Manager for a 4-room luxury bed and breakfast equestrian estate and 17-suite deluxe boutique hotel, to being on the opening committee for a 2,000-room oceanfront resort, with direct responsibilities for culturally diverse teams of up to 100.

Though willing to relocate to almost any location with any size property, the ideal opportunity would be to develop a long-term Innkeeper agreement with a luxury bed and breakfast hosting a minimum of 10 guest rooms located on or near a lake or ocean with reasonable proximity to a city large enough to ensure an adequate size potential market to support success.

Inn Owner or Inn-vestor should be open to discuss innovative ways to grow revenues, as opportunities are presented. Business must be legal and fully licensed.

A significant other comes as part of the package and will be very assistive as an occasional extra hand, as well as our 10 lb. Shitzu mix who, though obtrusive if required, is very experienced hosting guests and extremely "antique" conscious. All come with references. This suggests that the owner and property be alternative lifestyle and somewhat pet friendly.

Very flexible in regards to compensation including any combination of salary, revenue and/or profit share, equity acquisition.
