I am a "quality minded", well-rounded Inn Keeper with 20 years of progressive hospitality experience, I look forward to hearing from you; I am sure that my skills can be of value to your operation.

Basic Terms

Rates will be supplied upon request.

A day is calculated breakfast to breakfast (no 1/2 days). In all cases this includes room. I also request one night at the Inn, as your guest, at the end of my work period with you. This will give us a chance to discuss and evaluate my stay, as well as, my being able to enjoy the comfort of your Inn. Usually, one day is needed prior to my first assignment as your Inn Keeper to get oriented to your Inn.

My primary mission is to provide you with time off from your Inn, but most importantly, I will provide hospitality to your guests and maintain your quality standards.

Once we agree upon dates, it becomes a binding contract. My availability depends upon a fixed schedule. The dates and basic terms should then be put in written form, a deposit from you may be required on stays over 2 weeks, as well as complete guidelines, from you, on all aspects of your operations. References can be supplied upon request. I am bonded, business registered, have an Oregon State food handlers card and am trained in CPR and First Aid.

Please Note:

  • I do light gardening tasks. I do light pet-sitting.
  • I am happy to do certain amount of light maintenance work.
  • On site maintenance only - any auxiliary duties more than 1/2 mile away require additional assistance.
  • Housekeeper/helper required on all Inns over 2 rooms - must be well trained, reliable and mature and work with me as they would with you, cheerfully.
  • Housekeeper/helper required at large Inns requiring me to prepare breakfast for more than 8 guests.
  • Work periods of less than one week may be arranged, if I am in your area anyway.
  • Periods of one or more months can be negotiated.
